Why is pricing not listed as a number on the site?+
SYNC is priced based on your project scope — number of packages, modules required, project duration, and team size. A fixed number on the website would either be too high or misleading. We confirm pricing in a written proposal within 5 working days of the discovery call. No commitment until you sign.
Is there a per-user licence fee?+
Not for Professional and Enterprise plans. These are priced per project or portfolio, not per seat. The Starter plan is capped at 50 users. Conditions apply — see the Service Agreement for fair use terms.
Is implementation really included?+
Yes. Six30Labs handles project master configuration, package setup, user provisioning, INSIGHT template build, and all training sessions. The fee you see in the proposal is the total cost — there is no separate implementation invoice.
How long is the contract term?+
Typically project-duration based — you pay for the period the project is active on SYNC. Multi-year retainers are available for portfolio deployments. Specific terms are confirmed in the Service Agreement.
What happens to our data if we stop using SYNC?+
Your data is always yours. On request, Six30Labs provides a full data export in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON). You are never locked in and never dependent on Six30Labs to access your own project records.
Can we add modules later?+
Yes. You can start with SYNC Core and add INSIGHT, PMS, HR Slate, or Nora AI at any point during the project lifecycle. Module additions are priced and confirmed in a written amendment to the Service Agreement.
Is there a minimum project size?+
SYNC works for projects of all sizes — from a $2M fit-out to a $500M mixed-use development. The platform scales to project complexity. We will tell you during the discovery call if SYNC is not the right fit for your specific situation.
Do you offer a free trial?+
